The problem

In salons, clinics and auto shops, bookings were getting lost in WhatsApp, two customers ended up in the same slot, and nobody remembered the customer history. Requests outside working hours waited until morning.

What I built

I brought bookings, staff, customers and revenue into one panel, added a live “previous — current — next” screen for the waiting room and a plate-based QR service card for auto shops.

The result

The business runs the day from one screen; customers book around the clock and reminders go out automatically. It installs on the phone like an app, with no setup.
