How I work

Three ways to work together.

Scope and timeline go out in writing after the first call; you see a working build every week.

New product

I take an idea and ship it. A short prototype first, then the real build.

Project based · from 6 weeks

Taking over

I take over stalled projects. I read the code first and describe the state in writing.

Three-day review first

Consulting

We sit together where your team is stuck: architecture, code review, knowledge transfer.

A fixed day each week

Fixed in every project

Four things I don't negotiate

These are part of the quote, not extras added later.

  • Scope, timeline and price are itemised in the quote.
  • Uploaded images are converted to WebP with size variants.
  • The site ships multilingual: /en, /ru sub-paths and correct hreflang tags.
  • Bug fixes are free for one month after delivery.

Process

From first message to launch.

Four steps. Each one ends with something concrete in your hands.

2–3 days

Scope and quote

We talk through the need and I write out the screens and the scope. Price and timeline live in that document.

1–2 weeks

Prototype

I ship a clickable version. You see the flow on real screens, and changes are cheap at this stage.

4–8 weeks

Build

Interface, server and database are built in order. You see a working build every week.

Launch

Handover and support

I launch it and hand the usage over to your team. Fixes are included for the following month.

FAQ

Common questions.

How is the price decided?
I quote a fixed price once the scope is written down. If the scope grows, we agree the difference in writing beforehand — nothing is added afterwards.
How long does it take?
A corporate site runs 4–6 weeks, a system with a panel 6–10 weeks, a mobile app 6–12 weeks. The timeline is dated inside the quote.
Can you take over an unfinished project?
Yes. I start with a three-day review: the state of the code and infrastructure, the risks and a to-do list come to you in writing. You decide afterwards.
Do you work remotely?
I live in Bursa. I can work on site in and around Bursa; elsewhere I work remotely and travel when it is needed.
What happens after delivery?
Bug fixes are free for a month after launch. After that we can agree a monthly maintenance plan: updates, monitoring and small improvements.
Do you build multilingual sites?
Yes. Translations are generated from the Turkish source and edited in the panel; /en and /ru sub-paths ship with correct hreflang tags.
